ROOTLABS Terms of Service
1. General
By accessing and placing an order on rootlabs.co.za or shop.rootlabs.co.za, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
2. Products
All products are sold as substrate growing media intended for plant cultivation. Results may vary depending on plant species, environment, watering habits, and care. ROOTLABS does not guarantee specific growth outcomes.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. Your order is charged at the price shown at the time of purchase.
4. Orders
By placing an order you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of stock unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Delivery
We ship nationwide via The Courier Guy. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days from dispatch. ROOTLABS is not liable for delays caused by the courier or circumstances outside our control.
6. Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Yoco. All transactions are processed securely. ROOTLABS does not store any payment card information.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos, and product formulations is the property of ROOTLABS. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
ROOTLABS will not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to plant damage or loss.
9. Consumer Rights
Your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) are not affected by these terms. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
